1 Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Beyond a Beautiful Box website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Terms

2.1 Fresh Flowers - Fresh flowers are natural products that vary in appearance - Colors, sizes, and arrangements may differ due to seasonal availability - We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value - Fresh flowers are guaranteed fresh at time of delivery - Care instructions will be provided with each delivery.

2.2 Preserved and Artificial Arrangements - Product images are representative of style and design and are for illustrative purposes only - Actual items may vary slightly in colour and appearance - Sizes and dimensions listed are approximate.

3. Delivery and Orders

3.1 Delivery Terms – It is advisable that someone is present to receive fresh flower deliveries - If no one is available, we may leave items in a safe place at our discretion unless you stipulate. We are not responsible for deterioration if items cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability - During extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed to protect product quality.

3.2 Order Acceptance - Orders are subject to product availability - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone - Payment must be completed before order processing.

3.3 Delivery terms - Melbourne service within 25km from Yarraville 3013

3.4 Alcohol Sales 

3.3.1 Age Restrictions

We strictly adhere to Australian liquor licencing laws. All alcohol products can only be sold to and received by persons 18 years of age or older.

Valid photo identification may be required at the time of delivery to verify the recipient's age.

Our delivery personnel are instructed to withhold alcohol delivery if age verification cannot be completed or if the recipient is under 18 years of age.

3.3.2 Bundled Sales Requirement

Alcohol products are available exclusively as complementary items to flower arrangements.

We do not sell alcohol as standalone products.

Each alcohol purchase must be accompanied by a flower purchase in the same transaction.

3.3.3 Responsible Service

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion.

We promote responsible consumption of alcohol and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations regarding alcohol sales.


3.3.4 Delivery Restrictions

  • Alcohol deliveries may be subject to additional restrictions based on delivery location and local regulations.
  • Certain dry zones or restricted areas may not be eligible for alcohol delivery.

4 Third-Party Delivery Services

Delivery services are provided by third-party delivery providers.

Preserved/Artificial Arrangements - May be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Website and Content - The Beyond a Beautiful Box website, trading name, and all content are protected by copyright - All rights are reserved by Beyond a Beautiful Box - No content may be reproduced without our written permission.

5.2 Brand Protection - The business name, trading name, domain name, and trademarks of Beyond a Beautiful Box are protected - Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. General Legal

6.1 Limitation of Liability - We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses - Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

6.2 Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia - Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Cancellation Policy for Beyond a Beautiful Box

1. General Cancellation Terms

At Beyond a Beautiful Box, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders.

All cancellation requests must be communicated by calling 0426105761 or if the delivery is not due before a week, in writing to beyondabeautifulbox@outlook.com.

Your order confirmation number and contact details must be included in all cancellation requests.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

2.1 Fresh Flower Arrangements

Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for single bouquets will receive a full refund. 

Cancellations received 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received more than 4 days before the scheduled delivery date for multiple fresh bouquets with or without other packages and bundles such as events will receive a full refund.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cancellations are not eligible for a refund when materials have been procured and production has begun.

2.2 Artificial Arrangements & Preserved Flowers

Cancellations are not eligible once the order is delivered.

2.3 Gift Hampers

Due to the perishable nature of hampers with perishable items, cancellations are not eligible for a refund when materials have been procured and production has begun.

Cancellations are not eligible once the order is delivered.

Custom gift hampers with personalised items may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions and forfeit of partial charges.

3. Seasonal and Special Event Orders

Orders for peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) may be subject to stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order.

Special event orders (weddings, corporate events) have specific cancellation terms outlined in the event agreement.

4. Delivery Cancellations and Changes

Requests to change delivery date or address must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.


If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery fees may apply.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method as per the third=party payment gateway policies and procedures.

In lieu of a refund, customers may opt for store credit with an additional 10% value added.

6. Amendments to This Policy

Beyond a Beautiful Box reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Special cancellation terms may apply to promotional offers or discounted items and will be specified at the time of purchase.
